Vacuum Insulation Technology
Triple Layer Vacuum Insulated
The inner and outer walls are made of high-quality 18/8 stainless steel. There is a vacuum insulation layer between the inner and outer walls. In addition, the outer side of the inner wall is plated with an extra layer of copper which considerably increases the insulating capacity of the bottle.
Furthermore, a GETTER is welded in the space under a vacuum.
A GETTER is a tablet of sorption material capturing the last few gas molecules left in the inter-envelops space. The GETTER holds the highest possible vacuum for lasting insulation during the whole bottle’s life.

Why does it work for 90 seconds instead of 60 seconds?
You might be curious that other self-cleaning water bottles can remove 99.9% or 99.99% of bacteria or viruses in 60 seconds, but ours work for 90 seconds. Why work an extra 30 seconds? Do our bottles use low-emission power UVC LEDs? Is the power radiation in our bottles weak? Is the quality lower than others?
No, absolutely not!
Actually, as per SGS testing results, within 60 seconds, ours can remove greater than 99.99% of bacteria and viruses. Why there’s an extra 30 seconds?
Do you know? Over time, LEDs’ radiation will decay. All LEDs are like this. Up to now, no one is able to change this physical rule. The right is the light (radiation) decay curve of the LED we use in the aging test under high-temperature conditions.
According to the curve, the UVC LED we use in the UV self-cleaning water bottle remains at 80% radiation power after 1000 hours of continuous working at 60 degrees Celsius.
When designing the UV water bottle, we carefully evaluated the UVC dose, and considered important factors such as LED radiation decay and using frequency and times. Our target is that after 10,000 times, or even 50,000 times operations, our bottles must still achieve a 99.99% sterilization rate.
Therefore, we set the working time at 90 seconds so that after 1000 hours (40,000 times sterilizing) the UV bottle we manufacture can still be greater than 99.99% removal rate.
To keep UV bottle reaching or greater than 99.99% sterilization rate after long-term use is important.

What is UVC?
We use a UVC LED in the lid of our UV bottles, which emits UVC rays to purify the water and the inside of the bottle.
- The sun emits ultraviolet (UV) radiation, including UV-C. According to the wavelength, there are three types of ultraviolet rays — UVA, UVB, and UVC. UVC’s wavelength is between 100 to 280 nm (nanometer).
- Almost all UVC emitted by the sun is absorbed in the atmosphere, they do not reach the earth.
- UV-C light is germicidal. It deactivates the DNA of bacteria and viruses and other pathogens, disrupting their ability to multiply and cause disease.
- UVC is widely used for disinfection, sterilization and purification of air, water and surface. UVC from 200 nm to 280 nm can be used for disinfection and sterilization.
Battery Safety
Safe measures are set in both the battery & PCB to Prevent overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent & short circuit.

Anti-Overcharge

Anti-Short-Ciruit

Anti Over-Discharge

Anti-Over-Current

Defence against UV Leaks
The hidden sensor switch acts as the power & first safe switch, cannot be triggered without tools.
The MCU cross-checks photosensitive switch to confirm the lid position when the sensor switech is triggered.
UVC-LED will switch on only when the lid is fastenned on a bottle. Otherwise, the MUC shuts the power off.
Food Safety
The parts touching drinking water & the mouth of user are made of food grade materials, BPA free.
The 18/8 stainless steel parts:
- Both the inner & outer walls
- The underside of cap
- Decoration parts of lid
